Picks up any swell around, always bigger than everywhere else. Not very sheltered though. 3 waves - bowl, cove, point. Bowl is a fast sucky, hollow, short right. Cove isn't great, similar set up to the bowl but not so steep and heavy. Point goes off at mid to low tide, a long left with a steep heavy takeoff and a couple of barrel sections.
Consists of three breaks located on this isolated, eerie spot: the bowl, the cove and the point. Of the three the bowl being the best, a super sucky, fast wave with an explosive inside section onto the reef, "Scotland's Shark Island"!
Went up last week when it was really still. Luckily Brimms Ness was STILL working. Rode the cove, 6ft, messy, but still good enough to make it work! It still throws up the breaks here even if it's quiet everywhere else.
