El confital is a shitty wave when more than 7 feet. The best swell direction is west to north west. The locals that surf there are not the people who lives in the "favelas" by the beach but they are kind of agressive out surfing. They dont like visits but always a wave for you!
If the north swell hits, this wave is the highest to break. It holds up to 15 feet, the wave is fast and hollow. But be careful the locals on this point are kind of aggressive and will rip your stuff. The only thing they have is surfing. You can try the bay of Confital near the auditorium this works realley nice.
