REVIEWS

A fast, hollow wave which is always more powerful than it looks. Make sure you pull out in time as the wave breaks onto a lava rock ledge in the shallows which hurts!! Watch locals for entry and exit points on the reef. This wave has a formidable reputation for localism, it is the worst of the breaks in this area to surf if you are not a Canarian! There is a lot of attitude, however personally I have never had any hassle, just stay low profile and in time your face gets accepted in the lineup. Expect drop ins and a lot of snaking if your face is not known.
