Great surfing beach. It has lifeguards and surf and suit hire (£3board, £2suit ph). Westerly swells always provide good waves. Park on beach but watch for high tide! Goin' off!
This beach suits those Dublin fools who feel "the search" is a term for finding a decent wave along this stretch of ugly coastline. Break out and go to a break that will allow you to stand on your popout without sinking.
This is a nice enough beach break that works pretty well all year round, although the local Bundoran wave makes it look like a lake in comparison. The good waves always seem to hit as soon as the comps finish.
