A 3 mile stretch of golden sand which picks up the lions share of waves on the east coast. To the North end of the beach is the Broch which is home to the (in)famous point, a quality but heavily localised left which breaks at high tide on a North-West swell. At the Eastern end of the beach is Philorth, that picks up any north swell.
