This is the less crowded part of Fistral bay, it breaks to the left and is better at higher tides, overall first class wave.

Here you’ll find good powerful beach break waves. At low tide it joins up with North Fistral. When the tide turns though watch out for the rocks as you could end up with heavy swimming practise into the rocks and possibly a broken board, good luck!

This beach sucks, apart from looking awful, it's full of grey rocks and has about a cup full of sand as a beach, the waves are awful. If it ever gets above a foot it turns into solid beard chop. The worst beach in kernow.
