Offshore conditions are West Wind and this is by far one of Kents premier waves. It works best on a strong south west swell with tubes! Caution on big swells.
Ramsgate has suffered due to dredging in the mouth of the harbour and as a result has become too shallow to work in the way it once did. If you are thinking of making a trip of any distance be prepared for disappointment!!!
