There are three reefs and a beach break within walking distance of each other. Inside point is a nice reef on a good swell. Middle point gives very long rights when it's firing. I surfed outside point only once when everywhere was flat, words fail me

Such variety in such a small area is unusual. The beach can be described as average at best. The Inner reef is probably the most consistent and ridden most often, a short, fast ride with a left and a right. The Middle reef is a long, juicy right. The Outer reef : Insanity!

Ludicrous!!! I hit the west coast of Ireland on May 2002 UK long weekend, and there was very very little surf about - except outside point at Spanish. Take a look at my photo - you can just see my Aussie mate about to duck dive. No need to warn people off here - the point will just sort the men from the boys.

Surfed this in May 02. Over from UK, the rest of the west coast was flat as a tack, but outside point was 6ft faces on sets. Just 3 of us and some near death experiences with the rocks. The other 2 reviews sum the outside point up perfectly - Insanity. I would frightened to even look at this is a decent swell ......... See the tiny dot in from of the wave is a mate about to duckdive!
