This beach break is consistently good. South easterly winds are offshore but waves are generally rideable most of the time. There are some lovely rights at the north end and some great lefts at the south end! Three rips to watch for in rough weather. Water is gorgeous but chilly!
I couldn't comment on what an average day is like here, but I can say that I had the best summer waves I've ever had anywhere in Britain on this beach last year.
Cliff beach is great. It's really sheltered and even when the swell is tiny it can still produce some speedy, hollow rides and when the swell is big its one of the best beach breaks I've ever surfed.
