A small beach to situated a short walk down the cliff from Constantine Bay. This beach is OK when Constantine Bay is very blown out. At high tide it has a wicked shore dump. It has patrolled toilets and car park. It also has an excellent pub, a good nightlife in the summer and excellent accommodation at The Treyarnon Bay Hotel, a good family business with a great little bar.

There's a nice little reef on the right hand side of the bay at mid to low tide which gets a bit sucky sometimes. There is a point break down the left hand side which I saw a stand up get barrelled on. Pretty good beachy/reefy!

When it works, there's nowhere more fun. At low tide some great righties scoot across the whole bay (avoid the southside rip though) and when the water's half way up and the conditions are good some awesome sport can be had particularly when sponging as multi breaks aren't uncommon. Tubes are rare though. After a big winter the beach can be stupidly steep giving rise to some really heavy beach dumpers which if you're young or mad enough can be a fantastic laugh. It doesn't quite catch the swell as well as neighbouring Constantine but it is friendlier and well patrolled on season. A real old favourite but gets quite crowded with grommets in the high season.
